Within Business Development he has been involved in the following:
- The expansion of the FCCU hot gas expander power recovery market.
- The development and expansion of the magnetic bearing technology market through the application of magnetic bearing turbo expander / compressor units.
- The development and sales of intergrally geared combined turbo expander / compressor units.
- The development and building of integrated cogeneration and air separation facilities.
- The development of the IGCC (Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle) power plant and gas production facilities and studies to understand the problems with operating IGCC and gasification facilities.
- High pressure compression facilities for enhanced oil recovery using Nitrogen from air separation units or CO2 extracted from gas turbine exhaust gases.
Dr Jon Warnke is a marketing professional with an extensive background in the international chemical business. He has specific expertise in sales and business management, strategic marketing and planning, and global consulting.

As Strategic Marketing Director, Petrochemicals, for BOC Process Syatems, he provided leadership in the identification and implementation of new investment options within the chemicals market sector.
Global Key Account Executive, for BOC Process Systems, he led the global relationship with BP together with substantial involvement with other chemical majors including Shell.
As Senior Consultant for Nexant Chem Systems he had responsibility for securing major client studies and leading a global multiclient programme.
As Project Manager with Shell International Chemical Company Limited he was a member of the team responsible for the formation of a $3.5 billion jv – Montell (now Basell).
As Business Integration Manager for Shell International Chemical Comapny he led the development and implementation of major petrochemical product strategies
