 This was a division of Exxon Research and Engineering (ER&E), a division of EXXON.  Career was with projects services and operations support department and involved machinery applications, design auditing, EPC management for new projects, machinery testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and operations support at a number of refineries in Europe and the USA. Career included overseas assignments in Exxon Research & Engineering and startup assignments at Esso Refinery Karlsruhe Germany.

Ingersoll Rand Turbo Products                                                                1973 - 1980

 Ingersoll Rand was one of the world’s largest suppliers of rotating equipment to the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.  It merged with Dresser industries in 1986.  Career was in the Marketing / Applications group for process centrifugal compressors, hot gas expanders, axial flow compressors and gas turbines. Primary duties were machinery applications for process, refining and pipeline services.  Specialist knowledge in FCCU power recovery trains. Career included overseas assignment at Ingersoll Rand Turbo Products Division in Phillipsburg USA.
